Christmas is about giving back – and we were so proud that last December we raised just over £10,000 for Crisis charity, thanks to YOUR workouts.
Collectively, our app members completed 201,000 workouts throughout the month, a jump on 53,000 workouts from the year before. You smashed it!
So as December is the month to connect and give back to others, we wanted to carry on our charity mission.
In the past year, we’ve set up The Body Coach Foundation, to reach and support more people and make a real difference for those who need it most. The registered charity aims to boost the physical and mental health of communities all over the country.

We’ll be offering grants to organisations such as local sports clubs, youth clubs, local community projects and smaller charities across England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland – like for a struggling youth club wanting to offer free football sessions to kids, or a local community group hoping to start a free fitness class for new mums.
If you’re looking for a reason to stay motivated to get moving in December, this is it.
The more you move, the more money we raise for community groups all over the UK.
We’ll be donating £50 for every 1,000 workouts completed in the app. We’re hoping to smash last year’s total of 201,000 workouts, and make an incredible donation to the Foundation, to support others.
