What's included in a Body Coach subscription?
You'll get access to a structured training programme from Joe, personalised recipes tailored to you and your goals, progress tracking, exclusive challenges, weekly Classes, and a supportive community.
Do I need equipment?
Many of the workouts on the app don't need any equipment. We'd recommend an exercise mat when smashing your workouts for extra padding and grip.
Once you progress into the Intermediate and Advanced plan, you'll need a pair of dumbbells. Adding weights to your workouts will help you progress through your plan and build lean muscle.
What meal plans are there?
You can choose between a mixed, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan meal plan. You can also change your meal plan type at any time in the profile section of your app.
Your portion sizes have been tailored to your individual needs so that you have the energy you need to train and get results. This isn't a low-calorie, restrictive diet.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts on the app are as short as 10 minutes, but also go up to 40 minutes. You can choose workouts based on a length that suits you.
