My 'Joe Wicks New Year’s Day' show to start your 2026 off right

I’m so excited to kick off 2026 with the Joe Wicks New Year's Day special on ITV 😃

You can join me for your very first workout of the year – and it'll be with me and Olly Murs!

My mission has always been to help people feel happier, healthier and more energised and that's what this show is all about – moving your body, cooking banging food, and feeling positive for the year ahead.
