Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad

Total time: 20 minutes
Mix the flour and yoghurt together in a bowl, along with a good pinch of salt, until you have a dough then set it to one side for 5 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat, roll the dough out until it’s around ½ cm thick, then place in the hot dry pan for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Set the flatbread to one side under some foil to keep warm.
Add the oil to the pan and cook the bacon for a few minutes on each side then stack the bacon up to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs.
Season the eggs to taste then serve everything together with some brown sauce.
