Grilled Halloumi, Pepper and Lentil Salad

Heat a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Mix the chicken with the five spice, white pepper and half of the olive oil before adding to the pan. Cook until the chicken is white all the way through and starting to crisp up.
Push the chicken to one side of the pan then add the rest of the oil. Fry all of the remaining ingredients until the vegetables are just tender.
Mix everything together, season to taste and serve.
