What is Joe's 7-Day Abs Challenge?

Joe's 7-Day Abs Challenge is a structured one-week training plan on The Body Coach app built around short workouts you can do from home in just 10 minutes a day.

Over the seven days, you’ll complete seven bodyweight-only workouts designed to:

  • Strengthen your entire core
  • Improve stability
  • Help you feel stronger and more energised

These workouts can be added onto the end of other workouts, or done on their own.
