Your strength journey starts here – with a free set of bands

I’m so excited to share something brand new with you — my First Steps to Strength Challenge, launching on 1st November on The Body Coach app.

This four-week plan is all about helping you build strength, confidence and consistency using only resistance bands. The workouts are short – just 10 to 20 minutes – but they’ll make a real difference. You’ll feel stronger each week as you move through the programme.

To help you get started, if you sign up and join the app from now until the end of November, you’ll get a free starter pack of resistance bands — the very same ones I use in the challenge. There are three bands in the pack, with three different strengths, so you can progress and push yourself at your own pace.

I wanted to create something simple, fun and effective for anyone looking to start their strength journey, and I wanted to give you the tools to do it, too.
