Grilled Halloumi, Pepper and Lentil Salad

Marinate the chicken in the vinegar, garlic powder and mixed herbs for 15 minutes (or longer if you have time).
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and fry for around 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside to rest before slicing.
Toss the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl or a lunchbox. Add the sliced chicken and finish with the balsamic glaze.
If you’re making this to have as a packed lunch, leave the chicken to cool completely before adding to your box of salad.
